Ambassador Presents Credentials To President Of EU Council

The Eritrean Ambassador to the European Union, Mr. Mohammed Sulieman, presented his credentials to the President of the European Union Council, Mr. Herman Van Rompuy. Asmara, 13 April 2011 – The Eritrean Ambassador to the European Union, Mr. Mohammed Sulieman, presented his credentials to the President of the European Union Council, Mr. Herman Van Rompuy.

During the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Mohammed conveyed President Isaias Afwerki’s greetings and gave briefings on Eritrea’s achievements in economic development, trade and investment.

Mr. Herman Van Rompuy on his part expressed appreciation to the briefings given by the Ambassador and assured the EU’s readiness to develop relations with Eritrea.
