The inhabitants of Molqi sub-zone have expressed satisfaction with the provision of number of social services, including education, potable water supply and health service. As a result of the Government’s efforts to enhance access to social service, many of the problems the local inhabitants used to face have now been tackled, reports added. Asmara April 15, 2011- The inhabitants of Molqi sub-zone have expressed satisfaction with the provision of number of social services, including education, potable water supply and health service. As a result of the Government’s efforts to enhance access to social service, many of the problems the local inhabitants used to face have now been tackled, reports added.
One of the inhabitants, Ms. Tsega Tesfu, indicated that lack of social services in the past compelled them to look for health and education services in distant places.
Likewise, Ms. Merhawit Yosef, stated that previously they had to travel long distance to fetch water, but thanks to the solar water pump that has been put in place, they no longer need to go elsewhere.
