Exhibition Of Industrial Products Staged At Expo Grounds

Alongside the ongoing symposium of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, an exhibition depicting the products of various industrial plants is being staged. Asmara, 20 April 2011 – Alongside the ongoing symposium of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, an exhibition depicting the products of various industrial plants is being staged.

The coordinator of the program, Mr. Yemaneberhan Kahsai, noted that a total of 56 big and small industrial establishments across the nation, institutional standardizing plant and Chamber of Commerce are taking part. The exhibition comprises textile and leather sectors, food stuff and spices, paper and machineries, as well as building materials and handicraft works.

He further pointed out that the exhibition highlights  accomplishments in the sector over the past 20 years, and that it would remain open until April 22.

Meanwhile, factory owners who are displaying products in the exhibition noted the available encouraging investment opportunities and the continued support being extended to them.

The observers on their part expressed deep impression with the locally produced items displayed at the exhibition.
