Various development programs implemented in Halhal sub-zone

Various development undertakings were carried out in Halhal sub-zone in the course of the past 20 through concerted efforts of the people and the Government, according to Mr. Jimi’e Mohammed, the Administrator of Halhal. Keren, May 17, 2011- Various development undertakings were carried out in Halhal sub-zone in the course of the past 20 through concerted efforts of the people and the Government, according to Mr. Jimi’e Mohammed, the Administrator of Halhal.
In an interview with Erina, the Administrator explained that the investment made over the past 20 years in the education sector has borne fruitful outcome. He further indicated that the number of students and female participation in education have witnessed marked increase.  
Mr. Jimi’e further explained that today the inhabitants have better access to communication facilities, and 70% of the population has access to potable water.
