Fish Shop opens in Mendefera

As part of the ongoing efforts to promote even distribution of resources, a fish shop has opened in Mendefera town. Mendefera, May 31, 2011- As part of the ongoing efforts to promote even distribution of resources, a fish shop has opened in Mendefera town.
The manager of Eri-Fish Plant, Mr. Ibrahim Kelifa, pointed out that the shop has been rendering service for the past 3 months, and that it has enabled the residents of the town to purchase at reasonable price.
One of the residents of Mendefera, Ms. Siedi Eshie, said that previously residents used to purchase fish from traders at high price, but with the opening of the center has enabled them to buy fish products at any time.
Mr. Andemichael Yemane and Temesghen Gebremeskel said on their part that they have found fish meat to be better than beef or mutton.
