The inhabitants of Habero-Tsaada administrative area said that the provision of social services is a cornerstone for regrouping villages. Habero, 9 June 2011 – The inhabitants of Habero-Tsaada administrative area said that the provision of social services is a cornerstone for regrouping villages.
Recalling that they used to live in valleys and mountains, the local inhabitants stated that they have now been regrouped in communities and are in a position of leading a settled lifestyle.
The Administrator of Habero-Tsaada, Mr. Mohammed Adem, explained that over 90% of the population of the administrative area has been integrated, and that the local inhabitants have become beneficiaries of the provided social service. He added that more than 900 families from the respective villages have been regrouped, and that such program would continue in an extensive manner.
Mr. Mohammed further explained that a number of infrastructure facilities including schools ranging from elementary to junior level, as well as health station and water supply project have been made available.
Habero-Tsaada, where a number of business ventures are operational, is one of the administrative areas of Habero sub-zone.
