In closing remarks, the head of the Education Ministry’s branch in the region, Mr. Abdalla Mohammed Osman, stressed the significance of skilled manpower in effective work performance. 

Likewise, the director of human resource development in the Ministry, Mr. Tedros Sium, outlined the vigorous endeavors exerted to upgrade the competence of teachers over the past years and the outcome registered.

The head of English language department at the Asmara Teachers Education Institute, Ms. Halima Mohammed, said on her part that efficient managerial capacity and teamwork have a vital role to play in realizing the set goal.
