More Financial Assistance To Families Of Martyrs In Massawa

Over 300,000 Nakfa that was contributed by the people and enterprises in Massawa city has been extended in assistance to families of martyrs.

Massawa, 22 June 2011 – Over 300,000 Nakfa that was contributed by the people and enterprises in Massawa city has been extended in assistance to families of martyrs.

The nationals said that supporting martyrs’ families is the responsibility of the entire society, and that such initiatives give one deep moral satisfaction.

The benefiting families of fallen heroes lauded the sacred initiatives and expressed pride over the martyrdom of their beloved ones.

The Administrator of Massawa, Ms. Fana Tesfamariam, commended the genuine initiatives being taken by the people and stressed the need for still more endeavors towards improving the living standard of martyrs’ families.
