Election of area administrators and acting heads conducted in Gelalo sub-zone

Election of area administrators and acting heads has been conducted in 5 administrative areas of Gelalo sub-zone.

Gelalo, 25 June 2011 – Election of area administrators and acting heads has been conducted in 5 administrative areas of Gelalo sub-zone.

In a meeting with the inhabitants of Alelu, the Administrator of the sub-zone, Mr. Hamed Mohammed Ali, indicated that election was carried out in the administrative areas of Gelalo, Engel, Bordeli, Diluh and Adaito. Noting that similar election would be conducted in the remaining areas, he called on the newly elected administrators to diligently serve the people.

The new administrators voiced commitment to work tirelessly in reinforcing national unity and enhancing popular participation in the development drive.
