He told ERINA that training courses on upgrading farmers’ awareness regarding bee fertilizing were offered, and that modern equipments such as bee hives have been distributed to farmers.
Moreover, Mr. Simon indicated that queen-bees fertilized in Mendefera, Segeneity and Merhano have been distributed to farmers, and that preparations are underway to open new breeding stations in Adi-Hans and Elaberad. About 1.5 million various types of seedlings have also been distributed to farmers so as to practice flower cultivation, he added.
