A poultry farm association has been set up in Debarwa sub-zone.

Debarwa, 7 July 2011- A poultry farm association has been set up in Debarwa sub-zone.

During a meeting in which 70 members of the association took part, the executive unity disclosed that the aim of the association is to ensure continued chicken fertilization and growth, as well as facilitate meat and egg supply at fair price. The head of the Agriculture Ministry’s branch office in Debarwa, Mr. Debesai Andemaria, pointed out that there already exist associations of fruits and vegetables, as well as that of milk production and bee farming in the sub-zone,
