She’ib, 11 July 2011 – The inhabitants of She’ib sub-zone are striving to boost agricultural production thanks to the water diversion projects involving river waters flowing from highlands.During a meeting he conducted with people’s representatives, Mr. Girmai Mebrahtu, the Administrator of the sub-zone, gave briefings regarding the development activities underway. He also lauded the active role that the local inhabitants are demonstrating towards enhancing farm production.
Moreover, Mr. Girmai indicated that over 2,000 people participated in the campaign to implement various development programs.
Mr. Idris Saleh, in charge of political affairs at the PFDJ office in the Northern Red Sea region, on his part commended the active role of the inhabitations in the implementation of the development programs.
