Provision of social service in South Denkalia relieves inhabitants from previously encountered problems

The expansion of social services, especially potable water supply has relieved the inhabitants of South Denkalia sub-zone from problems they used to encounter, stated Mr. Zerai Berhe, Administrator of the sub-zone. South Denkalia, 12 July 2011- The expansion of social services, especially potable water supply has relieved the inhabitants of South Denkalia sub-zone from problems they used to encounter, stated Mr. Zerai Berhe, Administrator of the sub-zone.

Pointing out that there existed no social services 20 years ago in the sub-zone, he said that a number of schools, health institutions and reliable potable water supply have been made available to the local inhabitants. Mr. Zerai also indicated that efforts are underway to further expand equitable social service and regroup scattered villages.

The inhabitants of the administrative areas of Rahaita, Beilul, Gahro, Abo Kiloma, Harsile, Alale, Berasole, Adi-Barobhta and Wadie have become beneficiaries of potable water supply.
