They also indicated that the protection walls constructed in various streets have enhanced the beauty of the city, and that the concerned bodies need to reinforce such projects.
Two inhabitants of the Sigalet area, Mr. Ibrahim Salm and Mrs. Alganesh Araya, said that Massawa has become so clean that they are able to enjoy the view of the sea from the roadside. They also called on the public to keep on their efforts in keeping cleanliness of the city.
The head of the municipality office of the city, Mr. Asefaw Abraha, noted on his part that the latest sanitation campaign was unique because it incorporated the Administration of the city, Musa Ali Construction Company and the Naval Force.
