More donations made to augment Martyrs Trust Fund

Nationals inside the country and abroad contributed to the Martyrs Trust Fund. Accordingly, 25 thousand dollars, 5 thousand Euro and 60 thousand Nakfa respectively were donated to this end. Asmara, July 16 2011 –  Nationals inside the country and abroad contributed to the Martyrs Trust Fund. Accordingly, 25 thousand dollars, 5 thousand Euro and 60 thousand Nakfa respectively were donated to this end.

According to reports from the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare, Eritrean nationals residing in Kuwait donated 24,908 dollars, and the ones in Kassel, Germany, contributed 600 Euro, and Ms. Abrehet Haile  3,630 Euro, Mr.Yacob Arefaine 500 Euro both from Milan city,  the owner of Mai-Laham company 50 thousand Nakfa and Ms. Haregu Melake from Kuwait 10 thousand Nakfa respectively.

The nationals said that they took the initiative in the conviction that it is the responsibility of  citizens, besides the Government to help families of fallen heroes.
