Alebu, 18 July 2011 – The various factories in Alebu area are playing vital role in upgrading the economic capacity of the inhabitants, according to Mr. Simon Tewolde, Assistant manager of factories.
He told ERINA that the factories include Banatom, Milk Factory, Aqua Fresh Factory and Animal Feed Processing Plant are serving as income generating establishments beyond meeting local demand. Mr. Simon further explained that efforts are underway to provide the necessary raw materials to the factories, and expressed conviction that these factories would register still greater achievement.
The manager of the animal feed Plant, Mr. Idris Ogbamichael, said on his part that the Plant has the capacity of producing 300 quintals of select animal feed that would make due contribution to the Eritrean Livestock Corporation.
