A number of social service-rendering institutions are under construction In Mendefera town at a cost of more than 40 million Nakfa, disclosed Ambassador Suleiman Haji, Administrator of the sub-zone.

Mendefera, 20 July 2011 – A number of social service-rendering institutions are under construction In Mendefera town at a cost of more than 40 million Nakfa, disclosed Ambassador Suleiman Haji, Administrator of the sub-zone.

The underway construction project comprises construction of cafeteria to nurse assistant students worth 12 million Nakfa and 50 classrooms at an expenditure of 19 million Nakfa, among others. Eng. Bereket Michael, member of Debwin Construction Company further indicated that the construction of stadium at a cost of 8 million Nakfa has the capacity to host 10,000 people.
