Nationals reaffirmed readiness to rebuff enemy conspiracies, and specifically that of imposing yet again another sanction. Noting that they are well aware of enemy designs against the nation, the nationals reaffirmed their strong conviction that all acts of conspiracy designed to derail Eritrea’s development achievements would end up in utter failure.

A national from Keren, Mr. Bekit Gubtan, said that the latest acts of hostility would not undermine the prevailing   national unity, and that it is unthinkable to put a puppet leadership in Eritrea that serves the interest of the big powers.

Mr. Tewolde Merke who lives in Australia said on his part that what is being witnessed as of late is but a continuation of what surfaced in the past. He added that foreign powers are striving to create division between the Government and the people. However, the unity of the Eritrean people would continue to be consolidated more than ever before.

Another national from Keren, Ms. Jimi’a Adem, stated that the US Administration has been making repeated futile attempts aimed at undermining Eritrean unity. “Every Eritrean national has both the right and duty to pay 2%, and even more in support of the nation’s development,” she added.
