The students of the Northern Red Sea region, who are being dispatched for their Summer Work Program(SWP) made successful accomplishments in soil and water conservation activities, reports said.
Massawa, 7 August 2011 – The students of the Northern Red Sea region, who are being dispatched for their Summer Work Program(SWP) made successful accomplishments in soil and water conservation activities, reports said.
Head of the program in the region, Mr. Fisehatsion Tekie, said that the summer work activities being underway in the sub zones of Ginda, Nacfa and Afabet comprise construction of terraces, renovation of roads, planting trees as well as assisting martyrs’ families.
Mr. Fesehation added that all the SWP participants, including teachers and agriculture experts are demonstrating commitment in their work, while the students of Nacfa sub-zone have already finalized their activities by starting the work ahead of schedule.
