Inhabitants of Elabered sub-zone obtain potable water supply

The inhabitants of Elabered sub-zone have obtained potable water supply following the digging of eight wells at a total cost of one million Nakfa. Elabered, 8 August 2011- The inhabitants of Elabered sub-zone have obtained potable water supply following the digging of eight wells at a total cost of one million Nakfa.Mr. Hadgu Habtu, from the Infrastructure office of the Anseba region said that in addition to the active participation of the inhabitants in the construction of the wells, 80 individuals who got training in plumbing and the installation of pipelines took part in the project.

The head of economic development branch in the region, Mr. Teklu Kafel said on his part that the Anseba regional Administrator along with partners coupled with the active participation of the local inhabitants has been working hard towards tackling the problem of potable water supply.
