Ministry graduates 61 youths

The branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in the Central region graduated 61 youths who  attended vocational  training from 2 to 3 years in various governmental and non-governmental institutions. The training aimed at equipping these needy youths with knowledge so as to improve their living standard.

Asmara, 13 August 2011 – The branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in the Central region graduated 61 youths who  attended vocational  training from 2 to 3 years in various governmental and non-governmental institutions. The training aimed at equipping these needy youths with knowledge so as to improve their living standard.

Mr. Zerezgi Yohannes, head of social welfare in the Ministry’s branch office said that the graduates attended courses comprising metal and wood work, electricity, computer training as well as mechanics in 13 institutions.
The director of the branch office, Mr. Yosef Tesfai called on the trainees to effectively apply the knowledge they have acquired.
