Youth in Southern Red Sea region called upon to enhance contribution as regards preventing communicable diseases
Youths in the Southern Red Sea region have been called upon to raise their awareness regarding communicable diseases so as to make due contribution in preventing the disease. Assab, 25 August 2011 – Youths in the Southern Red Sea region have been called upon to raise their awareness regarding communicable diseases so as to make due contribution in preventing the disease.
In a lecture he gave to the youths, the head of the branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in the region, Mr. Mohammed Jabir, reminded them to refrain from unwanted addiction and thus enhance their role in combating harmful traditional practices. He also urged them to step up their endeavors in the national developmental drive.
The head of social welfare in the branch office Mr. Ismail Osman, on his part, indicated that lectures are being offered to promote the awareness of youths in view of their vital role in combating communicable diseases.
