Keren, 31 August 2011- Adult Education program is playing vital role in enhancing public participation in development endeavors, stated teachers.

The teachers told ERINA that the program has been effective in health and education campaigns, in addition to eradicating illiteracy.

Both Ms. Meriam Adem and Ms. Saedia Adem said that mothers who participate in adult education program have managed to improve their livelihood, besides enriching societal awarenss.

Mr. Sulieman Anashu, one of the nationals, also indicated changes introduced in the education sector have been made positive impact on  adult education, and called up on administrators and village elders to make due contribution in efforts to tackle shortage of materials.
