Beneficiaries of government loan express satisfaction

Beneficiaries of the government loan expressed due satisfaction with the support, stated Mr. Tedros Girmay, head of the program.
Asmara, 5 September 2011- Beneficiaries of the government loan expressed due satisfaction with the support, stated Mr. Tedros Girmay, head of the program.

He explained that as a result of the loans and related advice, the beneficiaries of the scheme have been able to improve their living standard. He also indicated that around 88% of them have managed to improve their lifestyle. The program has benefited 1,725 nationals in the Southern Red Sea region, 2,850 in the Northern Red Sea region, 9,845 in Anseba region, 21,867 in Gash Barka region, 10,172 in the Southern region and 8,607 in the Center region.

Mr. Tedros also indicated that 89% of the beneficiaries of the scheme have paid back the amount.
