Additional classrooms constructed in Balwa

Additional classrooms have been constructed in Balwa, Elaberid sub-zone, at a total cost of 1.7 million Nakfa. Elaberid, 6 September 2011 – Additional classrooms have been constructed in Balwa, Elaberid sub-zone, at a total cost of 1.7 million Nakfa.

The head of the branch office of the Ministry of Education in Anseba region, Mr. Bokretsion Habtemichael, called on the inhabitants to send their children to school so as to fully avail themselves of the educational opportunity being provided.

The head of finance and administration in Elaberid, Mr. Angsom Tesfaselasie, on his part commended the active participation of the public in the construction process. The local inhabitants too expressed appreciation with the provision of various social services and called on the concerned body to facilitate the opening of a secondary school in the administrative area.
