Government institutions in Southern region reiterate readiness to step up efforts

In a meeting the heads of government institutions in the Southern region conducted in Mendefera town, it was disclosed that the institutions would reinforce endeavors to effectively implement development programs. The heads of the institutions stated that the required manpower and necessary equipments are being made ready to this end.
Mendefera, 9 September 2011 – In a meeting the heads of government institutions in the Southern region conducted in Mendefera town, it was disclosed that the institutions would reinforce endeavors to effectively implement development programs. The heads of the institutions stated that the required manpower and necessary equipments are being made ready to this end.

The Administrator of the Southern region, Mr. Mustafa Nurhusien, highlighted the importance of presenting concise work plan on the part of government institutions and their demands so as to equally distribute the available resources.

He further indicated that soil and water conservation activities would be intensified, besides developing animal feed processing plants so as to raise livestock resources.

The heads of the pertinent government institutions called on for organizing of campaigns to encourage members of the public enhance their role.
