In its efforts to upgrade its human resource capacity, Segen Construction Company graduated 73 employees including nine females in health and safety management, heavy machinery operating, contract management, as well as construction projects management. Asmara, 11 September 2011- In its efforts to upgrade its human resource capacity, Segen Construction Company graduated 73 employees including nine females in health and safety management, heavy machinery operating, contract management, as well as construction projects management.

Present during the graduation ceremony, manager of the company, Mr. Tesfay Goitom reminded the graduates the importance of the training and called on to utilize the training they received in the on going development programs.

The graduates on their part underlined the importance of the training to their career and expressed their gratitude to their trainers and the Segen Construction Company.
