Secondary school under construction in Foro

n line with the continuous endeavor being made to expand educational opportunities to remote areas of the country, a secondary school is under construction in Foro sub-zone at a cost of over 11 million Nakfa. Foro, 13 September 2011 – In line with the continuous endeavor being made to expand educational opportunities to remote areas of the country, a secondary school is under construction in Foro sub-zone at a cost of over 11 million Nakfa.

Eng. Tesfalidet Kahsai from Musa Ali Construction Company said that the school has six blocks comprising of 20 classrooms, eight toilets, testing room, library, and store. The construction process is nearing finalization, reports indicated.

The inhabitants on their part stated that they are able to lead better life as a result of the provision of various social services, and expressed conviction that the construction of the school would make due contribution in enhancing educational opportunities.

There exist 19 schools ranging from kindergarten to secondary level in Foro sub-zone.
