He said that over 2,000 hectares are being placed under enclosure in Debarwa, Shiketi, Ashaba, Qaqbda, Adebzage, Adi-Shefeto, Amadir and Mai-Dima, in addition to 1,000 hectares of grazing area. Furthermore, Mr. Debesai said that 800 hectares of land enclosure in Emba-Mekonen is in good condition.
Moreover, he called on the public at large and farmers in particular to enhance their role in conserving reserve land.
