Gogne, 5 October 2011 – The inhabitants of Dele administrative area, Gogne sub-zone, said that the relentless efforts made to promote sound ecology are bearing fruitful outcome, especially in ensuring their health.

They said that the Government’s endeavors to upgrade their living standard and ensure good health have brought about positive outcome, and that their awareness regarding health is being enhanced thanks to the lectures and campaigns conducted to this end.

The head of environmental health in the branch office of the Health Ministry in Gash-Barka region, Mr. Teklom Yebio, called on the local inhabitants to redouble efforts in combating communicable diseases.

The Administrator of Gonge sub-zone, Mr. Hadish Habte, reminded the local inhabitants to make proper use of the toilets made available.
