Needy citizens in Agordat express satisfaction with support being provided

Needy citizens in Agordat sub-zone said that they are able to improve their living standard through the financial and material support being extended by the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare branch office in the sub-zone.

Agodat, 5 October 2011 – Needy citizens in Agordat sub-zone said that they are able to improve their living standard through the financial and material support being extended by the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare branch office in the sub-zone.

Mr. Gebretinsae Gebremichael, head of the branch office explained that it distributed 6,000 Nakfa each to 20 needy children , in addition to providing crops and livestock to other citizens.

The head of social service in the sub-zone, Ms. Fatima Idris, called on the beneficiaries to step up their efforts so as to become self-reliant.
