Keren Town: Construction of three bridges underway

The construction of three bridges is underway in the city of Keren, Adi Hashel administrative district. Keren, 9 October 2011- The construction of three bridges is underway in the city of Keren, Adi Hashel administrative district.

Head of the project, Eng. Michael Girmai said that the bridges which are being constructed to ensure safe transportation of vehicles are 16 meters long, three meters high and four meters wide. Two of the three projects have been finalized and are ready for use, reports added.

Administrator of Keren, Mr. Tekie Keleta on his part underlined popular participation in promoting programs and lauded the public participation in making these projects a success.

Inhabitants of the administrative district expressed their satisfaction on the project and its use as a gateway to a whole new infrastructural development in their area.
