Administrator of Keren town remind nationals to carefully elect leaders

At a time when preparations are underway in Keren town to elect village administrators and unit leaders, the Administrator of the town of Keren, Mr. Tewolde Keleta reminded nationals to carefully elect leaders that would serve them with dedication. Keren, 12 October 2011- At a time when preparations are underway in Keren town to elect village administrators and unit leaders, the Administrator of the town of Keren, Mr. Tewolde Keleta reminded nationals to carefully elect leaders that would serve them with dedication.

He indicated that there needs to exist strong awareness and united participation of the inhabitants to elect leaders that would preserve national values and demonstrate dedication.

Chairperson of the election committee Mrs. Haregu Weldegiorgis on her part, pointing out that campaign is being conducted to raise the awareness of people, indicated that election will be conducted this month.
The residents of Keren called for training and incentives to be provided for those elected, and expressed their expectation that they would earnestly serve the people.
