Elaberid sub-zone: Production plants being reactivated thanks to active popular participation

The participation of the general public both in terms of money and physical input is making effective contribution to reactivate production plants in Elaberid sub-zone, according to reports from the zonal administration.

Elaberid, 21 October 2011 – The participation of the general public both in terms of money and physical input is making effective contribution to reactivate production plants in Elaberid sub-zone, according to reports from the zonal administration.

It explained that the production plants have been reactivated thanks to the local inhabitants’ initiatives in the domain of milk production, fruits and vegetables. The report further indicated that the products have been distributed to market places in Elaberid, Halib-Mentel, Keren, Adi-Tekelezan and Asmara at fair price.
