Infrastructure facilities in Tikul Administrative area play vital role in the development of the area

Infrastructure facilities put in place in Tikul Administrative area are playing vital role in improving the living standard of the inhabitants, according to Mr. Tekle Berhane, Administrator of the area.   Mendefera, 27 October 2011- Infrastructure facilities put in place in Tikul Administrative area are playing vital role in improving the living standard of the inhabitants, according to Mr. Tekle Berhane, Administrator of the area.  

He explained that before independence there existed no service-rendering institutions in the area but at present a number of such institutions are rendering the necessary service.

Moreover, land has been allocated to the inhabitants of the region, in addition to the provision of 24-hour electricity service. Moreover, potable water supply has been made available in the area.

As regards education, a kindergarten and an Elementary School have constructed and are rendering service, as well as the construction of a road linking the Administrative are of Tikul to Dekemhare town.

Tikul Administrative area is located 6 Km south of the Dekemhare town.
