Farmers from Tikul express expectation of high harvest

Farmers of the Tikul Administrative Area, Dekemhare sub-zone, said that their expectation of this year’s yield is higher than that of the previous year. Dekemhare, 31 October 2011- Farmers of the Tikul Administrative Area, Dekemhare sub-zone, said that their expectation of this year’s yield is higher than that of the previous year.

The farmers agreed that the farmlands due to be harvested soon are promising that the leftovers could also be utilized as animal food. The farmers will soon be engaged in collecting their harvest before late rains ruin their yield.

Reports from the Ministry of Agriculture office of the Dekemhare sub -zone disclosed that most of the farmlands in the area have reached the time of harvest.
