Inhabitants of various Administrative areas engaged in Fesco agricultural project

The inhabitants of various Administrative areas around Fesco agricultural project have participated in the activities of the project, according to the manger of the project, Mr. Hailezghi Habte.
Barentu, 1 November 2011 – The inhabitants of various Administrative areas around Fesco agricultural project have participated in the activities of the project, according to the manger of the project, Mr. Hailezghi Habte.

The inhabitants of the area made due contribution in the on-going efforts to cultivate 550 hectares land around Fanco Tsemu’e Micro-dam.

Ms. Kalifa Ali and Mr. Ahmed Abdalla Fayed from the local inhabitants said that they are able to gain experience from participating in such campaigns, and once the products of the project are harvested they would be able at vegetables at fair price.

Mr. Hailezhi said on his part that the main purpose of the project is to provide enable the inhabitants gain experience in vegetable farming so that they would be able to own such farms. He also urged Area Administrators to play due role to this end.
