Farm plots of martyrs’ families in Tseazega harvested through public campaign

The inhabitants of Tseazega administrative area, Berik sub-zone, have harvested farm plots of 185 martyrs’ families.

Berik, 9 November 2011 – The inhabitants of Tseazega administrative area, Berik sub-zone, have harvested farm plots of 185 martyrs’ families.

The Administrator of Tseazega, Mr. Tesfaldet Alazar, noted that harvesting of farm plots of martyrs’ families has been taking place for the past 8 years, and as such it has become a culture. About 1,600 students and Tseazega inhabitants took part in the campaign, he added.

Families of fallen heroes on their part expressed appreciation to the gesture being demonstrated by the people and Government.
