The inhabitants of Shambuko sub-zone reiterated readiness to step up efforts towards effective implementation of development programs.
Shambuko, 18 November 2011 – The inhabitants of Shambuko sub-zone reiterated readiness to step up efforts towards effective implementation of development programs.

In a meeting they conducted with the Administrator of the sub-zone, Mr. Abubeker Mahmoud, said that the inhabitants have already been organized in groups to accomplish development tasks.

Mr. Abubeker said that Barentu-Mendefera road is being renovated through national construction companies, and called on the public to continue active participation.

Shambuko sub-zone which comprises 17 administrative areas is inhabited by about 37 thousand people.
