The head of training programs in the Education Ministry’s branch office in the region, Mr. Tesfalem Abraha, pointed out that the training included preparing lesson plans and evaluation methods of student activities and administration.
The head of the Education Ministry’s branch office in the region, Mr. Kaleab Tesfaselasie, noted that the quality of education lies in the diligence of teachers and that training courses offered up to two-years in colleges aimed at upgrading the capacity of teaching staff. School directors and supervisors also participated in the training program.
