Students of Debarwa sub-zone appreciate accessibility of schools within their vicinity

Students of the village of Gerteti Junior and Secondary School, Debarwa sub-zone, expressed their appreciation on the accessibility of the educational facilities within their vicinity. Mendefera, 5 December 2011- Students of the village of Gerteti Junior and Secondary School, Debarwa sub-zone, expressed their appreciation on the accessibility of the educational facilities within their vicinity.

The students of the village said that their older siblings had to travel over 25 kilometers to get access to junior and high school education but with the provision of the facility within their environs, they have been able to undertake their educational endeavors without encountering problems.

Director of the school, Mr. Tesfaldet Beraki on his part said that the school was transformed to a high school level in 2007, and that inhabitants have contributed around 700 thousand Nakfa to add more classrooms and solar power source to the school
