Asmara, 9 December 2011 –Asmara Health Science College exerting relentless efforts to nurture competent skilled manpower, stated the Assistant Dean of the College, Mr. Zerabruk Tesfamariam.
He said that the College founded in 1995 was restructured by the National Higher Education Institution in 2005, and is currently providing education in nursing, public health, pharmacy, medical technology, clinical laboratory, among others. Mr. Zerabruk further indicated that the College has so far admitted about 2,000 students, and that 62 local and 36 foreign lecturers provide courses there.
Asmara Health Science College is playing vital role in alleviating shortage of skilled health professionals with degree and diploma.
