Eritrean Women residing in south-western Stockholm assume responsibility to assist 18 martyrs’ families
Eritrean women residing in south-western Stockholm, Sweden, have assumed responsibility to assist 18 martyrs’ families, stated Ms. Sofia Kelati who came here to meet with the families on behalf of them.
Asmara, 13 December 2011- Eritrean women residing in south-western Stockholm, Sweden, have assumed responsibility to assist 18 martyrs’ families, stated Ms. Sofia Kelati who came here to meet with the families on behalf of them.
Ms. Sofia informed ERINA that the women who are members of NUEW had been assisting 26 martyrs’ families and pledged that they would continue the program.One of the beneficiaries, wife of a martyr, Ms. Askalu Girmatsion said that she is leading stable life thanks to the assistance she receives from citizens and the Government and thanked the Eritrean women who are taking the initiative to assist their compatriots.
Mother of a martyr, Ms. Kidisti Fesehaye on her part noting that they are leading a good life because of the constant comfort and assistance said that she is proud of the comfort and assistance she gets from the people and Government.
Reports from the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare indicate that Eritrean women residing in south-western Stockholm have fully sent the two-year assistance they pledged for the 18 martyrs’ families.
