New facilities made available in Agordat Hospital making due contribution in upgrading services, according to head of the hospital Administration, Mr. Teferi Sium.

Agordat, 17 December 2011-  New facilities made available in Agordat Hospital making due contribution in upgrading services, according to head of the hospital Administration, Mr. Teferi Sium.

He explained that the facilitations have been installed in the laboratory, operating room, x-ray and maternity units, and that they are providing satisfactory service to nationals in Agordat, Mensura, Dege, forto-Sawa, Mogolo and Kerkebet sub-zones. 

Ms. Qemer Nur-Husien, one of the local inhabitants, said that endeavors made to expand services in the Hospital have registered satisfactory outcome.

There exist 4 health stations in Deret, Engerne, Aderde and Solib Administrative areas, in addition to a health center and hospital in Agordat.
