Milk production registering growth in Agordat sub-zone

Efforts to boost milk production in Agordat sub-zone are registering fruitful outcome. Mr. Abir Mohammed, one of the clients, said that milk products are being supplied daily at fair price. Agordat, 21 December 2011 –Efforts to boost milk production in Agordat sub-zone are registering fruitful outcome. Mr. Abir Mohammed, one of the clients, said that milk products are being supplied daily at fair price.

Mr. Andebirhan Arefe, one of the dairy farmers, stressed the need for provision of animal feed so as to maintain such momentum. Reports indicated that some 3,000 liters of milk is consumed in Agordat town daily.
