Service –rendering institutions in Hamashedeba, Kerkebet sub-zone, are playing vital role in improving the livelihood of the local inhabitants, reports indicated. Keren, 22 December 2011- Service –rendering institutions in Hamashedeba, Kerkebet sub-zone, are playing vital role in improving the livelihood of the local inhabitants, reports indicated.
The inhabitants explained that potable water supply and educational services provided in the sub-zone have also made due contribution in the regrouping of villages. Ms. Fatma Ahmed and Ms. Fatma Omar, both members of the local inhabitants, said that the potable water supply has alleviated the problem women used to face.
Similarly, Mr. Osman Mohammed, from the local inhabitants, appreciated the Governments efforts to expanding service-rendering institutions. The Administrator of Hamashedeba Administrative area, Mr. Humedshiekh Onur, pointed out that 10 villages of the Administrative area have been regrouped, and that a health center opened in the area is providing satisfactory service.
Hamashedeba, one of the Administrative areas in Kerkebet sub-zone, is located 170 Km North -west of Keren town.
