Southern Red Sea region: Efforts made to improve the lives of the disadvantaged citizens bear encouraging outcome

In the annual assessment meeting the branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare of the Southern Red Sea region conducted, it was indicated that the efforts made this year to alleviate social problems has resulted encouraging out come.  Assab, 24 December 2011 – In the annual assessment meeting the branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare of the Southern Red Sea region conducted, it was indicated that the efforts made this year to alleviate social problems has resulted encouraging out come.

Mr. Mohammed Jabra, head of the branch office, reiterated that the Government is exerting vigorous effort to improve the lives of disadvantaged and disabled citizens and called for every citizen to play due role in the task.
During the meeting, it was pointed out that on top of monetary and material assistance vocational training was provided as well.
