In the city of Keren training on carpentry, music, computer and others was provided to 239 youths out of which 89 are female. Keren, 24 December 2011 – In the city of Keren training on carpentry, music, computer and others was provided to 239 youths out of which 89 are female.

The training was given to children of martyrs and disadvantaged nationals selected from schools and administrations in Keren and that would make due contribution in improving their lives.

In the speech he delivered at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Tekie Keleta, Administrator of Keren, pointed out that the development of a prosperous nation lies on trained youths, and called on the graduates to further develop what they have trained.

A representative of the graduates said that the training they received would guarantee them a better life and pledged that they would pay back the Government and people who gave them the training opportunity.
