Efforts underway to raise student enrollment in Karora

Efforts are underway in Karora to raise the enrollment of student in general and female participation in particular. Karora, 26 December 2011 – Efforts are underway in Karora to raise the enrollment of student in general and female participation in particular.

The director of Karora elementary and junior school, Mr. Hamed Idris, said that though student participation is satisfactory at elementary level, their enrollment at junior and secondary level is on the decline.

Explaining that nomadic pattern of lifestyle, underage marriage, school remoteness are some of the reasons for decline in student attendance, he stressed the importance of opening more schools for citizens leading nomadic pattern of living.
