Fruits and vegetables plantation in Abo and Kilma in good condition

Fruits and vegetables, as well as palm tree cultivation through irrigation system in the administrative areas of Abo and Kilma , Southern Denkalia sub-zone, are in good condition, according to reports.

Southern Denkalia, 11 January 2012 –Fruits and vegetables, as well as palm tree cultivation through irrigation system in the administrative areas of Abo and Kilma , Southern Denkalia sub-zone, are in good condition, according to reports.

Mr. Estifanos Sium, in charge of crops and livestock unit in the branch office of the Agriculture Ministry, said that the local inhabitants are making maximum use of underground water resources in the cultivation drive.

In the course of an inspection tour of the Administrative areas, Mr. Ali Mahmoud, expressed the regional Administration’s readiness to extend the necessary support for the success of the on-going efforts.
